Michelmores Property Awards 2017 Shortlist

We were delighted to see two projects which we've worked on over the last few years being shortlisted for the Michelmores Property Awards 2017.
Category 1: Commercial Project of the Year
Exeter Cricket Ground Development, Exeter – submitted by LHC Urbanism + Architecture
We prepared a FRA, TA and Utilities Strategy to support the planning application in 2014. Then, following granting of planning permission, we undertook the detailed infrastructure design as part of the Midas D&B team working closely with project architects LHC for client Yelverton Properties. The Cricket Club's new pavilionwas handed over in advance of the 2016 season and the student accommodation blockwas completed before the latest cohort of Exeter University students arrived last autumn.
Category 3: Education Project of the Year
Lifestyle & Engineering, Petroc College, Barnstaple – submitted by Mace Cost Consultancy
This was one of four projects we undertook for Petroc College over their two campuses. We prepared a FRA and TS to help secure planning permission for the new Lifestyle and Engineeringblock. We think the final building makes an excellent contribution to the Barnstaple campus.
