We were commissioned by Blue Cedar Homes to undertake a Flood Risk Assessment in support of an outline planning application with all matters reserved (except for access) for up to 23 residential dwellings at land off Newcourt Road, Topsham, Devon.

We liaised with South West Water and Devon County Council as the Lead Local Flood Authority to develop foul drainage and surface water strategies.
