About us

The clue is in the name. We are above all else a 'partnership'. A partnership with our clients, a partnership with our co-professionals and a partnership with our colleagues.

We aim to become our clients' trusted development advisors. Between us, we have plenty of experience and are happy to offer advice from the initial stages of having a quick look at the development potential of a site, through to delivery of construction issue drawings.

As specialist development engineers, we have built a network of trusted co-professionals who we work with to provide the full range of technical services required to support planning applications.

Finally, and this is where we think we differentiate ourselves from most of our competitors, we are a partnership with our colleagues in the John Lewis style. Our team are all well motivated conscientious professionals, but it’s good to know that if we make a profit we will all share in this to reward the hard work.  To this end, in 2022 we invited the Investors in People practitioners in to independently assess us and were thrilled to be awarded the Investors in People Gold Standard.

We have a training scheme approved by the Institution of Civil Engineers and support all of our graduates and technicians in obtaining professional qualifications and developing their careers.
