Investing in the next generation

Here at AWP we are keen to invest in the next generation of engineers.  Whether it's through a one off week's work experience, a slightly more in-depth summer internship for an undergraduate, a year in industry placement as part of a degree sandwich course or employing apprentices.

Over the past 12 months we have had 3 summer interns, 3 year in industry students and 6 work experience students as well as our 8 apprentices working alongside our senior engineers.

We are proud of the training and deveopment we offer across the board here at AWP and look forward to seeing many of our temporary guests join the engineering industry in years to come.
