Happy New Year.

And we start the new year with good news; three of the schemes we worked on last year have all received planning permissions in January. We are now starting work on the detailed design of the infrastructure works for these residential developments.

We are pleased to announce that Rodin Mackayhas recently joined us as a Senior Engineer to help deliver our increasing workload. Rodin worked with a number of us at WSP and has honed his infrastructure design skills over the last few years at Sands. Rodin's appointment brings our team up to a total of 15 civil engineers and technicians.

Building on work we undertook towards the end of last year, we have recently been appointed to undertake a FRAand TAto support two further planning applications for Petroc College. Petroc are currently planning a new kitchen and cafe on the Tiverton campus and a new Lifestyle and Engineering Centre on the Barnstaple campus and we are pleased to be helping with both planning applications.

We've entered a team into the Exeter Chiefs Corporate Quiz Night on Wednesday 26 February. Should be a good night out. Watch this space to see how we get on . . .
