New Starters Autumn 2019

We're pleased to introduce four new members of staff who have joined us over the last month. 

Our policy of providing work experience for undergraduates, either for work during a summer break or a full year in industry, is now bearing fruit. 

Jacob has previously worked for us for two summers and a year in industry during his BEng at Loughborough University. He has now completed his MEng in Civil Engineering at Exeter University and joins Rodin's infrastructure design team.

Ralph returns to Devon and AWP after spending 4 years studying for his MEng Civil Engineering degree at The University of Sheffield. Ralph previously worked with Alex and Graham’s teams on respective internships. Now returning as a permanent employee, he has settled in Dan’s team.

Andrew joins us part way through his Civil Engineering degree with Plymouth University on a year in industry placement. He joins Alex in the Transport Planning team.

Ethan joins us after completing an Engineering Level 3 Extended Diploma at South Devon UTC. He will be attending Exeter College on day release.

All four of our new starters have settled in quickly and are helping deliver our increased workload, which is kind of why we took them on.
