Planning Permission secured for new office on Exeter Business Park

We were pleased to see that Exeter City Council recently granted outline planning permission for up to 60,000 sqft of B1 office space on Exeter Business Park.

We undertook our usual suite of engineering works to support the planning application working closely with project architect LHC and planning consultant Bell Cornwellfor our client Grenadier Estates.

This is the last of the large plots on Exeter Business Park and the new office block will be built to Grenadier's high standards of sustainable development. We look forward to seeing this development being built out over the coming years.
