Planning permissions for Wainhomes

We were pleased to hear that Cornwall Council's planning committee yesterday granted outline consent for Wainhomes proposed development of 55 new homes at Probus. 

This news followed hot on the heels of planning permissions for 200 homes at Trewhiddle Farm in St Austell and 198 homes at Rutt Lane in Ivybridge for long-standing client Wainhomes (South West).

For all three schemes we prepared our usual suite of transport and flood risk / drainage work to support the planning applications. We are currently undertaking the detailed infrastructure design of the Trewhiddle Farm scheme.
