Royal Winchester House, Bracknell - start on site

With the demolition of the former 3M office building in Bracknell now complete, construction works for the new 18 storey landmark building are due to start on site later this month.
We are currently finialising temporary power supplies and drainage designs for this new mixed-use high-rise residential development which will form a central part of the town centre regeneration. The new building will house 311 apartments above a health club and retail outlets at ground floor. A new public realm market square will also be delivered as part of this town centre regeneration project.
