Site progress in North Devon

We were appointed by regional housebuilder Pearce Homes to undertake the engineering works to support a detailed planning application for a small development of 14 new homes in Parkham, North Devon.
Working closely with project architect, Woodward Smith, we undertook the transport, drainage, and highways design to enable planning permission to be granted in 2018.
We subsequently undertook the detailed infrastructure design to secure S38 and S104 Technical Approvals with Devon County Council and South West Water respectively.
Construction is progressing well on site and Pearce Homes will be ready to receive socially distanced viewers by the end of this month.
