St James Park - demolition of old stand

Demolition of the Old Grandstand started this week following the completion of the new changing rooms in the main stand and the installation of new floodlights.
Chris has led our team working for Yelverton Properties / ECFC on the utilities strategy helping to make sense of the 'spaghetti' of services that had been added to the grandstand over the years.
The new stand, scheduled to be finished in October 2018, will offer a vastly enhanced fan experience, with no pillars to obstruct the view and improved toilets and refreshment facilities.
