The final phase of Yannons Farm receives planning permission

We've been working for long standing client Cavanna Homeson their Yannons Farm site in Paigntonsince the inception of AWP in 2012.
We were particularly pleased to hear that Torbay Council recently granted planning permission for the final phase of this large development and look forward to undertaking the detailed infrastructure designover the coming months to secure the Technical Approvals.
This news follows on from the project winning the SW regional award for Best Social or Affordable New Housing Development in the recent LABC Building Excellence Awards. Fingers crossed for the national LABC finals later this year.
