Training Afternoon

Yesterday we spent a sunny afternoon at Escot House for our annual training session with Paul Mattin of Wilderness Solutions.

There were several stances focusing on Trust, Communication and Accountability, headed up by our ‘Next Gen’ group who facilitated some really engaging and encouraging conversations. Thank you to Annabel, Craig, Daisy, James, Matt and Simon for their brilliant input and feedback sessions.

Also intertwined into the day were some team-building games on the lawn organised by Paul. This sparked some fierce competition between the teams! Congratulations to Chris, Jayesh, Mikey, Millie, Ralph and Tom who came out on top.

We took advantage of the splendid weather and beautiful setting, finishing the evening off with a BBQ.
