Building on our team's previous experience with Plymouth Community Homes as part of the wider North Prospect regeneration scheme, we were appointed by PCH to support a planning application for the redevelopment of the former Community Centre in Ham Drive with a mixture of 1, 2 and 3 bed affordable accommodation.

We prepared a Transport Statement, Flood Risk Assessment and preliminary highway access drawings for the scheme which will replace an outdated community facility with much needed homes.

We're pleased to see that this development of 17 affordable dwellings was granted full planning permission and construction is currently progressing well on site.
