Lighthouse Construction Industry Charity

This morning we were joined by Shauna Greenaway from the Lighthouse Construction Industry Charity, who gave us an insight into what services and support they offer, and some hard-hitting statistics about mental health in the construction industry.

Their mission is to make wellbeing support visible and accessible for all in the construction community. Their online portal, Make It Visible, is dedicated to everyone working in construction or allied trades to improve the welfare and wellbeing of the workforce and their families. Whether you’re struggling with emotional, physical, or financial wellbeing, you will find all the help and support you need here.
