"We are working with Peter Matravers and Dan Hart and their team at AWP at both of the large Duchy of Cornwall developments at Poundbury, Dorchester and Nansledan, Newquay. The latest piece of the masterplan jigsaw at Nansledan has been working up a detailed planning submission for the proposed primary school. Both Peter and Dan have added their expertise to the project team to enable this to be worked up and submitted within 10 weeks."

Tregunnel Hill, Newquay wins two more awards and is up for another

In the last few weeks the Duchy of Cornwall's Tregunnel Hill development in Newquay has won two more prestigious awards.

We were delighted to see that Tregunnel Hill was announced as one of the winners of The Congress for the New Urbanism (CNU) Chartered Awards in the USA. Thanks to our friends at ADAM Architecture for a copy of the certificate to go on our awards wall.

And following on from that it was good to see that the development was given a Highly Commended award at the Planning Awards 2018.

Next up are the national Housing Design Awards where Tregunnel Hill has been shortlisted. Watch this space . . .
