I am originally from Swindon but moved to Devon at the tender age of 4. I'm fanatical about football and being from Swindon this led to me becoming a very passionate (and unfortunate) Swindon fan, which carries more lows than it does highs!
I am also extremely enthusiastic about playing football and have been actively competing since the age of 7, where I started playing for a local team called Ipplepen. Following Ipplepen, I spent a couple years playing for Torquay United Acadamy, which had me dreaming of a career as a professional footballer.
However, following my GCSE's I woke from this dream and enrolled at Exeter College, where I completed a 2-year BTEC National Diploma in 'Construction and the Built Environment' and then a 2-year Higher National Certificate (HNC) in Civil Engineering. This leads me to the present day, where I have been fortunate enough to secure a position at AWP!
To date, I have been working alongside Graham, Danand Rodin, assisting on residential projects. It's a world apart from the professional football career I'd dreamt of but nevertheless I'm very pleased to have been given the opportunity to work for a business who are able to offer invaluable support, allowing me to enhance my knowledge and experience so that in time I can progress within the company.
I am looking forward to many more exciting years at AWP - unless Swindon Town FC make me an offer!
